We offer 20 slots for the first clients who sign up. This is an annual one-time fee. Like all our packages or plans, this is non-refundable as you are paying for the entire year. If you move or your dog stops coming for whatever reason, there are no refunds.

What is in this package:

1 Night Boarding Every Other Month So 6 Nights Of Boarding

The nights can only be used one at a time and it is strictly one the first month of your active plan then every other month equaling 6 nights free.

12 Training Lessons

We offer training sessions for dogs enrolled in our daycare. Your dog must be scheduled for daycare, as we cannot accept drop-offs solely for training due to availability constraints. Before starting, you will need to have a mandatory consultation (with a fee) to ensure we understand your goals for your dog and identify any behavioral issues to address.

All training uses a remote collar that you purchase from us, or you may use an identical model to those we sell. We do not support other collar brands, as ours are both top-quality and easy to use. The first session is conducted one-on-one, where you’ll learn how to properly use the collar and how to apply commands consistently with your dog. Effective training relies on timing, consistency, and motivation.

Free Birthday Pass On Your Dogs Birthday With A Happy Birthday Bag.

Your dog gets their birthday free so no charge and if you have an unlimited package, we will add an additional day to your 30-day package. They will also go home with a small goodie bag to celebrate their birthday with you at home.

24/7 Drop Off And Pickup For Boarding And Daycare

You now have the flexibility to drop off and pick up your dog at any time. Please note that boarding drop-offs must occur by noon to ensure all dogs are properly acclimated and tired together by day’s end. To facilitate early drop-offs or pickups for daycare or boarding, simply schedule in advance and provide us with your estimated window for arrival.

For after-hours requests, please contact the DogSpot mobile phone directly, as it will be carried by the overnight lead attendant who will assist you with bringing your dog out. The main phone number will not be monitored outside standard operating hours, so please use the mobile number provided. Payment can be processed at pickup via our mobile Clover unit, or you may streamline your visit by prepaying your package prior to check-out.

If your work schedule requires late pickups—such as regularly collecting your dog at midnight—please arrange this in advance with the front desk so our overnight staff can accommodate your needs. Likewise, if travel delays result in late arrivals beyond closing hours, inform us as soon as possible so we can notify our overnight attendants and prepare accordingly. Providing detailed scheduling information will help us ensure a seamless drop-off or pickup experience.

Skip the line! DogSpot will walk out to your car on arrival and grab your dog from your car when you call our DogSpot phone. Same with drop off; call the DogSpot phone and we will walk your dog out to your car.
